HR section issues office order directly to the employee, if the particular names are reflected in the nomination letter received remarked by the Head of Agency.

Leave Travel Concession

Encashment

1-5 working days

After receiving dully filled encashment forms from applicants for one Financial Year.

Increment

Issue sanctions order in the month of December and June every year.

Promotion

Issue promotion order latest by December and June after HRC endorsement.

Civil Servant’s Welfare Scheme claimed.

Submit to well being Division, RCSC within five working days after receiving complete documents from applicants for his/her dependent deceased.

Leave

Issue sanction order within 1 working day for earned leave after approval from the HoA.

Transfer

Relieve only upon receiving complete documents.

Zest up-dation

Zest will be up dated as and when required.

Every second Tuesday of the month.
